- 2 15 oz cans Black Beans Drained and rinsed
- 4 oz can Green Chilies
- 1 Jalapeño Seeded and diced
- 4 Green Onions Thinly Sliced
- ½ cup Fresh Cilantro Roughly chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice About the juice of 2 to 3 limes
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Avocado Diced
Add all ingredients, besides the avocado, to a bowl and mix until combined. Place in the fridge to chill for 15 minutes. Right before serving, add the avocado, to prevent it from browning.
This is best fresh, as the avocados will brown, but store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
