Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz cans Black Beans Drained and rinsed
  • 4 oz can Green Chilies
  • 1 Jalapeño Seeded and diced
  • 4 Green Onions Thinly Sliced
  • ½ cup Fresh Cilantro Roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice About the juice of 2 to 3 limes
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Avocado Diced

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients, besides the avocado, to a bowl and mix until combined. Place in the fridge to chill for 15 minutes. Right before serving, add the avocado, to prevent it from browning.
  • This is best fresh, as the avocados will brown, but store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
