No Bake Lactation Energy Bites

These no-bake lactation energy bites are packed with oats flaxseeds, and brewer's yeast to support milk supply and provide easy grab-and-go nourishment for breastfeeding moms.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup Ground Flaxseeds
  • ¼ cup Brewer's Yeast Optional, only if breast feeding
  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter or Sunflower Seed Butter
  • ½ cup Agave or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Bean Paste
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Optional
  • ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In the bowl of an electric mixer or a mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix until the mixture is well combined. Then add the chocolate chips and mix them in until evenly incorporated.
  • Roll mixture into 2-tablespoon-sized smooth balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or enjoy right away.
  • Storage Instructions: Store the lactation energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. They can also be frozen for up to 1 month; just thaw at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.
