1cupNatural Peanut Butter or Sunflower Seed Butter
½cup Agave or Maple Syrup
1tspVanilla Extract or Vanilla Bean Paste
½tspCinnamonOptional
½cupDark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
In the bowl of an electric mixer or a mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix until the mixture is well combined. Then add the chocolate chips and mix them in until evenly incorporated.
Roll mixture into 2-tablespoon-sized smooth balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or enjoy right away.
Storage Instructions: Store the lactation energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. They can also be frozen for up to 1 month; just thaw at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.
