Ingredients

  • 10 oz Silken Tofu
  • ½ cup Raw Cashews Soaking in boiling water for 1 hour
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • ¾ tsp Black Salt
  • ½ tsp Mushroom Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or White Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic

Instructions

  • Pour boiling water over cashews and let soak for 1 hour. Then drain and add to the blender.
  • Add everything to a high-speed blender and blend until well combined, stopping to scrape down the edges as necessary.
  • Pour into an air-tight container and will keep in the fridge for a week.
