- 10 oz Silken Tofu
- 6 tbsp Lemon Juice About the juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Shallot Roughly chopped
- 1 Jalapeno Roughly chopped, optional
- 1 bunch Fresh Chives
- 1 cup Basil or Cilantro Loosely packed
- 1½ cup Spinach Loosely packed
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Note stop as needed and scrape down the sides to ensure fully blended
Place in an airtight container in the fridge to chill for about 30 minutes before using.
Store the leftovers in the fridge for 4 to 5 days.
