Sticky Garlic Roasted Cabbage
Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
- Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- 1 Head of Green Cabbage Thinly sliced
- 6 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.
- Thinly slice the green cabbage and add to a mixing bowl. Then add the garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together very well. I find using my hands is easiest.
- Roast the cabbage in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Take it out to mix after about 15 minutes. The cabbage should still have some bright green color, and some pieces should be a little charred.
- Remove from the oven and serve as a side to any dish! Store this in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
