Ingredients
- 1 batch Tofu Ground Beef* or 4 veggie burgers of choice
- 2 heads Romain or Butter Lettuce Chopped, or other lettuce of your choice
- 3 Tomatoes Diced
- ¾ cup Pickles Diced
- 1 Red Onion Diced
- 1 Avocado Diced
- ½ cup Vegan Big Mac Sauce** Or condiments of choice
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients, chop the butter lettuce, romaine, or lettuce of your choice, tomato, pickles, red onion, and avocado. Note if you want to keep this as leftovers, store all ingredients separately, only mix together what you plan on eating.
- Assemble ingredients in a bowl along with the Tofu Ground Beef* or veggie burgers of choice, and top with my Vegan Big Mac Sauce** or other condiments of your choice.
- Store ingredients separately in airtight containers in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
