Tips For The Best Sweet Potato Fries
For the best results, follow these simple tips to perfect your Sweet Potato Fries every time:
-
Cut Evenly: Uniform slices help everything bake at the same rate for max crispiness.
-
Soak First: Soaking sliced sweet potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes removes starch and helps get them extra crispy.
-
Don’t Overcrowd: Spread fries out on the baking sheet with space in between so they roast instead of steam.
-
Flip Halfway Through: Turning the fries during baking ensures even browning on all sides.
