Tips For The Best BBQ Tofu
For the best results, follow these simple tips to perfect your BBQ Tofu every time:
-
Press your tofu: Removing excess moisture helps it crisp up and absorb more flavor.
-
Use extra-firm tofu: It holds its shape better and gives the best texture when pan-seared or baked.
-
Let the sauce caramelize: Once coated in sauce, let the tofu cook a few more minutes so the sugars get sticky and golden.
-
Marinate when you can: If you have time, marinating the tofu before cooking boosts the flavor even more.
