Tips For The Best Green Goddess Salad
For the best results, follow these simple tips to perfect your Green Goddess Salad every time:
-
Use Fresh Herbs: The dressing gets its signature flavor from fresh herbs like parsley, chives, and dill. Try not to substitute them with dried herbs for the most vibrant flavor.
-
Make it a Meal: For a more filling meal, add some plant-based protein such as grilled tempeh, roasted chickpeas, or tofu chicken to the salad.
-
Chill the Salad: If you’re prepping the salad ahead of time, chill it in the fridge before serving for a refreshing, crisp bite.
